2026 rates: 
My costs have increased this year, but I've done my best to keep the rates as low as I can.
The new fee is $945 for a shared room or $1345 for a private room. A non-refundable deposit of $145 will hold your spot; the balance may be paid in installments.
Note: You can save $45 by paying your fees with a check or via Zelle
